  You may use our Delaware address only as a mailing address.  You may not, among other things, display our address in a manner that states or implies it is your office location or place of business.  Our Mail Forwarding Services Agreement provides additional prohibited uses of our address in Exhibit A.

• Mail Forwarding Credits with NO EXPIRATION

  Another advantage of our Delaware mail forwarding service is our mail forwarding credits. Most services make you choose an annual plan with a maximum number of mail items forwarded. Our Basic Mail Forwarding plans don’t have an annual renewal.

  Instead, you can use the forwarding credits at any time and you only have to renew your service once they are used. There is no monthly or annual fee for these plans – just the flat up-front fee.

  Example:
  You purchase our Basic 25 plan, giving you 25 mail forwarding credits, in July. In the next 12 months, you use 20 of those credits, with five remaining. You will not owe us any additional fees for mail forwarding until you use up those last five and wish to continue with the service, even if it takes multiple years!
   

• Specialized Airplane and Yacht Mail Forwarding Plan

  Because many airplane and boat operators choose to use a Delaware LLC (or corporation) to own their property, we offer a specialized mail forwarding service for this circumstance.

  This plan provides unlimited forwarding of mail sent by regulatory and advisory bodies, such as the FAA, DNREC (Delaware Division of Natural Resources and Environmental Control), airports, marinas, and more. As opposed to our Basic plans, this plan does carry an annual fee of $99.

Virtual Office for Delaware Companies

Our virtual office is a more comprehensive version of our mail forwarding plans. In addition to an address in Delaware, you also get a unique Delaware phone number with a 302 area code. This number can be forwarded to any other phone number in the U.S., Mexico or Canada. You can also update the forward number as needed.

This plan costs just $299 per year and includes digital forwarding of up to 520 pieces of mail.

Who can sign up for your Delaware mail forwarding service?

Our plans are available to anyone with a Delaware company who appoints Harvard Business Services as their Registered Agent. You can add mail forwarding service as soon as you form a new Delaware company or change your Registered Agent to Harvard if you have an existing company with another agent.

Does mail forwarding include physical forwarding or only digital scans?

Our virtual mail forwarding plans are for digital scans of the mail we receive addressed to your company. We can forward the original, physical piece to your address upon request for an additional cost.

How will I be permitted to use this address? Can I list it as my physical office address?

When listing the official physical address of your business, such as for the Registered Agent communications contact for a new company or for the IRS when applying for an EIN, you cannot use our address. Your actual, physical address where you are located is required.

What is actually located at your mail forwarding address?

The Delaware mail forwarding address you will use – 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958 – is our physical office location. This is our headquarters and our staff works from this location Monday through Friday.

Can I have packages sent to the mail forwarding address?

No. The mail forwarding services are designed for document mail correspondence only. Packages or products of value should be shipped to your preferred address where you can directly receive those items.
