After forming a Delaware company, clients sometimes wonder how they can increase business by attracting more customers or make their business more consumer-friendly to potential clientele. Of course, there are many factors that come into play when thinking about ways to improve your business that sometimes depends on the type of business activity you’re conducting, but one way to better your business may be as simple as implementing tech solutions that will lead to greater success in the long run.
It's important to give your customers/clients as many options as possible to interact with you and your business and to make it easier for consumers to locate your services. For example, in our discussions with clients after forming Delaware companies, we’ve heard that making tech improvements has led to a significant increase in customer satisfaction, the reduction of manpower/hours and overall company success.
Here at Harvard Business Services, Inc. (HBS), we continue to review and update business technology for our clients in a variety of ways. For instance, HBS recently instituted the capability of being able to have approved Delaware formation documents auto-emailed once the documents are approved by the Delaware Secretary of State.
This applies to all of our Delaware Domestic Formation Packages and the Delaware International Green Formation Package. This means, that if the Delaware Secretary of State is approving new company formations after business hours, the approved documents can be emailed instantly via our system once the documents are approved. For clients that order the Domestic Basic and Domestic Standard Packages, the approved documents will be emailed, first, prior to the physical items arriving at your shipping address.
In 2018, HBS implemented an online platform called MyControlDesk which gave clients the ability to set up an account via the HBS website so that they can access digital copies of their approved Delaware documents, business templates and other important features. HBS continues to improve the platform on a daily basis.
Recently, for clients who have set up their MyControlDesk account, in addition to being able to form new Delaware companies through their account, pay annual Delaware fees and request other services, they also now have the ability to add Registered Agent Services in other jurisdictions other than Delaware through their account instead of having to wait to speak with a live representative during business hours.
HBS also continues to offer access to our live chat platform during business hours US Eastern Time. Once completing an online chat with a live representative from our team, with the click of a button, clients can have the chat transcript sent to them for their internal records in case they need to review the information provided or to determine if they have further questions. HBS representatives can also continue to assist clients through our WhatsApp platform and Skype.
These are just some of the more recent examples of technology for business that show how HBS continues to improve its capability to assist clients in a more direct and timely fashion. When deciding on how to improve tech or various platforms within your company, there could be many variables to consider to determine how you can better provide services to your customers which will, in turn, lead to a more successful business.
